Born in Detroit but living in Las Vegas, Ethan Ferrari (@notethanferrari) is a high energy rapper who puts on heavy for both cities. Taking inspiration from the range of Kanye, Big L, Frank Sinatra, Beastie Boys, and Eminem, Ethan started rapping in 2018 while attending Coronado High School in Henderson, NV. He’s released one full-length project to date — “A Lesson In Funkadelics” — an 11-track album that hit streaming markets in January 2023.

Ethan sticks out to the UNDRGRND team for his fast rapping abilities. We can’t help but make the connection to his hometown idol Eminem — the twos’ pronunciation and inflection carries uncanny parallels. Ethan works closely with producer and friend Andrew Nikolas (aka “Nikolas Noir”), and has a solid support system around him that many don’t in the first few years of their career. Ethan credits Andrew with first ever getting him on a track, and the two still work closely today as Ethan builds his name in the rap scene.

A current representative of The 702, Ethan tells UNDRGRND that he recently met Issue 4 “Sin City” fan-favorite Leroy Chops after a show — an experience that ended in Ethan freestyling for Leroy. Outside of the booth, Ethan works as a busser at a restaurant in the Vegas area. He shares that his all-time favorite movie is “Fast Time At Ridgemont High” (1982), while his go-to food spot is Tuscany Grill.
