Free onsite parking (up to 3 cars), Metered street parking, Nearby empty parking lots.

Additional parking in our gated lot is $10 a car.

Space does not have natural light. 2 softbox lights are available free of charge upon request.

During 9-5pm on business days there may be noise from other businesses in the building. Private but not completely sound-proof.

Space is located on the second floor of building. Equipment loading-friendly as there is a loading zone out front for any gear that may need a cart or truck, it is easy access to our unit on the first floor. Stairs and elevator access.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed.

Front Gate: Must remain closed at all times
Food/Drinks: No food or drinks in or on the actual sets
Noise Levels: Keep noise reasonable (Mon-Fri, 9AM - 5PM)
Filming Restrictions: Hallways are off-limits for filming
