Inglewood, Calif.’s Griff Tyler is a singer, songwriter and rapper best known for his eccentric melodies and diverse flows. The “Play Your Cards Right” artist shows parallel musical themes between this first project as well as his follow-up “Played to the Left” (202). His diligence in keeping the music relatable has always been a strong aspect of Tyler’s, along with providing either upbeat or mellow vibes to suit any mood. As a representative of the Lost Sound label, Tyler is helped by his super team and manager, P’Jae. As Tyler continues to upkeep the quality of the music coming out of LA right now, it seems as if he has certainly played his cards right so far
