Our “Color Room” space is a large multi-space area with seven unique sets. Each set is built to be walked on, interactive, and eye-catching — both on and off camera. Renting this “Color Room” gets you access to all seven sets, including the 90’s Bedroom, Kitchen, White Cyc Wall, Pink Room, White/Black Swirl Background, Grass LED Wall, and Orange Fur Set.
Each booking is provided 3 onsite parking spots in the front of the building, additional spots in our gated lot can be purchased. We have separate men's and women's bathrooms.

  • Cancellations Within 48 Hours of Reservation: No refunds or rescheduling options are available if you cancel within 48 hours of your reservation.

    Cancellations Before 48 Hours of Reservation: You may choose between a 50% refund or rescheduling your reservation at no additional cost (0% refund).

    This policy ensures fairness and allows us to accommodate all guests efficiently. Thank you for understanding.

  • Free onsite parking (up to 3 cars), Metered street parking, Nearby empty parking lots.


    Additional parking in our gated lot is $10 a car.

  • Space does have have natural light that can be covered. 2 softbox lights are available free of charge upon request.

  • During 9-5pm on business days there may be noise from other businesses in the building. Private but not completely sound-proof.

  • Space is located on the ground floor. Equipment loading-friendly as there is a loading zone out front for any gear that may need a cart or truck, it is easy access to our unit on the first floor.

    Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed.

  • Front Gate: Must remain closed at all times
    Food/Drinks: No food or drinks in or on the actual sets
    Noise Levels: Keep noise reasonable (Mon-Fri, 9AM - 5PM)
    Filming Restrictions: Hallways are off-limits for filming

    Smoke machines permitted

    Security cameras operational and recording in main rooms and hallways (24/7)
    No recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms
    Must purchase “Smoking Fee” add-on to smoke in room
